Auction Terms & Conditions

Auction Type
This is an online-only auction. Bidding opens every Monday at 12:00 PM and begins closing the following Monday at 7:00 PM (soft close in effect).

Fees
- 12% Buyer’s Premium
- 13% HST
- $1.00 handling fee per item

Payment
All items must be paid for the day following the auction closing (Tuesday).

By default, all successful bidders will be charged using the credit card on file. We reserve the right to process payment automatically. Receipts will be emailed once payment is processed.

If you wish to pay by e-transfer, debit, or cash, you MUST indicate this in the “Notes to Auctioneer” before registering or contact us directly. If alternate payment is not received by 10:00 AM Tuesday, the credit card on file will be charged.

E-transfers must be sent to:

Please include your invoice number in the notes. Auto-deposit is enabled. A paid receipt will be issued upon confirmation.

Failure to Pay
Bidders are responsible for all purchases. Failure to pay will result in:
- Permanent suspension from future auctions
- The unpaid invoice being sent to collections for recovery of fees and commission losses

We do not accept alternate payment methods over the phone due to fraud concerns.

Shipping
We do NOT provide shipping.

Pickup Information
Location:
4635 Queen St Unit D, Niagara Falls, ON  
(Rear of building, accessible from St. Lawrence Ave and Park St.)

Pickup Days (3-day window only):
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM  
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM  
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM  

All items must be picked up during these times.

Unclaimed Items
Items not picked up within the scheduled timeframe will be considered abandoned and:
- Will be resold
- No exceptions.

Inspection
All items must be inspected before leaving the premises. Ensure all items are accounted for.

Returns & Refunds
No shipping. No returns. No refunds.

Condition of Items
All items are sold “As Is, Where Is” with no warranty or guarantee.

While descriptions are believed to be accurate, L&R Online Auctions makes no representations or warranties regarding condition, authenticity, or completeness.

Registration & Bidding Rules
- New bidders must be registered and approved prior to bidding
- Bidders must register using their own credit card (no third-party cards allowed)
- Bid cancellations are NOT permitted under any circumstances

Account Responsibility
Bidders are fully responsible for their account activity.  
Do not share login credentials or leave accounts unattended.  
Any bids placed under your account are your responsibility, regardless of who placed them.

Loading Assistance
We do NOT provide assistance loading items.  
Please bring help if required.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship items and do not ship to the USA.
